  • (FT 40 hours) 

    $24.00 – $28.00 per hour

    Perfect for someone who love working with volunteers, responding to crisis needs, and creating supportive environments for survivors. 

    Highlights from role:

    • Supervise and coordinate the 24-hour hotline & volunteer advocates

    • Provide direct services including court & Title IX accompaniments

    • Organize and help deliver 40-hour Advocate Trainings

    • Support volunteer scheduling, continuing education, and supervision

    Ideal candidates may be:

    • Current volunteer advocates looking to grow in the field

    • Internal team members with strong communication + organizational skills

  • (FT 40 hours) 

    $26.00 – $30.00 per hour

    A clinical role blending therapy and advocacy for survivors across the lifespan. 

    Highlights from role:

    • Provide individual & group therapy for children, teens, and adults

    • Provide advocacy & crisis intervention

    • Participate in hotline training + volunteer support

    • Maintain documentation & licensing development requirements

    Ideal candidates may be:

    • Associate or licensed clinicians with trauma-informed experience

    • Volunteers or interns who have completed MSW/MA counseling programs

  • (FT Exempt) 

    $2,480 – $2,880 bi-weekly

    A leadership role suited for an experienced clinician who is ready to support PSFS therapists, interns, and program growth.

    Highlights from role:

    • Oversee daily operations of Counseling Services

    • Supervise staff and interns

    • Coordinate training, group supervision, & community partnerships

    • Ensure compliance, data reporting, and program quality

    Ideal candidates may be:

    • Licensed or registered clinicians with trauma experience

    • Internal staff ready for supervisory responsibilities
