Project Sister Family Services (PSFS) strives to reduce the trauma and the risk of sexual assault, child abuse, and child sexual abuse in the East San Gabriel and Inland Valleys of Southern California by providing a variety of crisis intervention services and outreach and prevention programs.

Become a PSFS intern


Project Sister Family Services provides internship and practicum opportunities for graduate students in psychology or counseling. Our program begins in September and continues through August each year. This is a half-time placement, with a 20 hour weekly time commitment. Students receive one hour of individual supervision, two hours of group supervision and one hour training each week while gaining experience providing individual, group and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults impacted by sexual violence.
